Angelica “Angie” Thomas is the Founder and Broker-Owner of Elevate Realty Co., a luxury-focused real estate brokerage proudly serving clients throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex and beyond. As a dual-state real estate broker licensed in Texas and Tennessee, Angie brings more than 15 years of combined real estate and property-management experience to every client relationship.

Throughout her career, Angie has developed extensive expertise in residential and commercial real estate, new construction, relocation, land sales, investment properties, multifamily housing, leasing and property management. She has managed portfolios exceeding 500 units and has a proven record of improving property performance, increasing occupancy and reducing delinquency.

After approximately eight years as a REALTOR® and more than three years as an independent broker, Angie understands that successful real estate transactions require more than market knowledge. They require strong communication, careful negotiation, strategic marketing and genuine dedication to the people involved.
